Grant Gardiner
Associate Attorney

Grant has been assisting policyholders in their property damage claims since his second year at Loyola University College of Law. Based on the devastation that Hurricane Katrina caused Grant and his family, he personally understands the difficulties his clients face following a disaster.
Grant began his legal career assisting residential policyholders in their flood insurance claims. Since then, he has expanded his client base to represent homeowners and commercial policyholders in flood, wind, hail, and fire claims as well as injured parties following an accident. Grant strives to resolve claims prior to filing a lawsuit or in the pre-trial phase of litigation but is always prepared to represent his clients in court when the insurance companies refuse to properly pay the claim.
