Grant began his legal career assisting residential policyholders in their
flood insurance claims. Since then, Grant has expanded his practice to
represent homeowners and commercial policyholders in wind, hail, and fire
claims as well as injured parties following an accident. Grant strives to
resolve claims prior to filing a lawsuit or in the pre-trial phase of
litigation but is always prepared to represent his clients in court when
the insurance companies refuse to properly pay the claim.
Prior to launching Gardiner Law Firm in 2025, Grant worked with The Law
Office of Bruce C. Betzer as an associate. Today, Grant and his firm remain
